Wildfire Induced

Last night I had a sharp "stabbing" pain in the left chest. It was intermittent and now disappeared. Ideas?

Last night during sleep I woke up to experience significant pain in the left chest. It was like a breath only more pronounced. My sleeping position influenced the frequency and severity of pain. Be on my side and stomach caused the most "hits", while being on my back induces less. The pain lasted about 3 hours (again, on and off), but by this morning they left. I am a healthy person overall, 33 years old and fit. I walk daily vigorous. I am not on any medication and I have never been treated for anything serious. I'm from the Bay area and we had very bad weather recently due forest fires in the region. Is this a question? Any help would be much appreciated.

Go 2 yur doctors have a check up it may be nothing but better to be safe than sorry xxx all my luck
