The head Perrier is a very dear friend of my parents and I visited Le Bec million times, but tomorrow I go the city and have not eaten them since they changed the dress code. It is hot outside, so I was wondering what is appropriate dress? Also, how has this restaurant?
OK, First, it is out of my price range, so I'm just giving my opinion based on many others will restaurants. They made a decision to go from four to three stars in the Michelin Guide. It's my understanding that what they have done to enable a slightly more relaxed atmosphere. But the food is still (based) amazing, and even as a three-star restaurant, you need to be nice clothing. For me, it means beautiful pants and blouse, or better yet a skirt or even a dress. This is not a place you should go to wearing blue jeans. This is a unique experience - dress to reflect the respect they have earned, and to show that you stand a high standard too!
