Help CVC. I get the right filter drier?

I recently replaced my evaporator and would install a new filter drier So I contacted one manufacturer and they recommended to buy this filter drier certain. when I got it, he said it's working pressure is 500 psi but the pressure of my system is 150 psig and the news is twice the size of the old. I do have a certification, just not too extensive experience in hand. Do I need to get another one or will it work? the former is about 4 1 / 2 inches long, 1 3 / 4 wide and the new is 16 feet. in. my system is 2 1 / 2 ton R22.

It will be very good. Greater dry is not a problem. As for the WP 500, only the max WP and it will be fine. Be careful when you solder in most dryers are steel with copper where you weld them inside and if you melt the coating of copper there, you probably will not get a tight seal. It is preferable to heat the copper line rather first hot soldering flux, and then set fire to the dryer and finish the joint. Good luck.
