Heating Cooling Units

I need to replace condenser fan motor 1/8 HP 208-230 1075 RPM. It cose $571. Is that too high or reasonable?

That sounds high for a 1/8 hp condenser motor. Take the make and model and and go to www.grainger.com and see what the price is. Check to see if a less expensive motor same hp and shaft size can be switched.
