I certification. not have much experience. I detector leakage to check my work after I'm done. I was using an oxy / MAPP with nickel brazing rod with silver BernzOmatic 1680 Temp work. coupling melted before the solder would melt. So what should I use solder. I do not have the money to have someone come and fix it. such brazing rod. welding is known to blow small and micro-hole coolant leak.
We use mainly silver soldier. We had some soldering sticks and they also made a silver alloy for refrigeration and A / C.
