Clean Burn

My brother was on board and iron, he falls into the carpet, the carpet bured. Do you know how take part bured off the carpet?? Please help!
Unfortunately a burn is a burn. Suggestion: If the rug has been put in a cupboard - use this part to replace the one area that is burned. If you can not do it yourself - call a local carpet store to help you. Good Luck.
