Purifier Remote
Friday, June 24th, 2011help remote problem?
ok so i have dish network remote accidentely spilled milk on it
i ended up finally cleaning it up and i have been air drying it out with a hair dryer and now its laying on my air purifier so pleeeeaaaassse i need to fix it like in the next few min its frozen on the button that got spilled on
any suggestions

Take a soft bristle brush and dip it in rubbing alcohol and clean the remote. Open the battery compartment. Remove batteries. Make sure none of the milk got in there. If so, use some more rubbing alcohol. Install new batteries. PRAY...
Universal remotes are relatively cheap. So you can always get one of those if you trashed the remote.
The brand I've had good success with on more than one time over the years was the One for All brand.
