What food should I take camping?

I'm riding the C & O Canal from start to finish (185 miles) in two days, So I'm going to camp overnight. What food is good for a trip like that? I always take the dried fruit and granola bars, but I'm going to need a breakfast, lunch and dinner at some point. I do not have a camping stove, but fires are allowed in some of camping areas. I am looking for something pre-packaged, small, quite delicious, can get stuffed in a pack and very prepared. Thank you for helping people!
