Smokeless Ashtray
smoking on my balcony, ok?
I only smoke a few cigarettes a day. I am walking my dog one morning and then, far from Everbody. If I am home, I may have 2 or 3 during the day and then one or two before bedtime. Last summer, my neighbor started screaming and slamming the door if I was smoking on my balcony. So I bought a smokeless ashtray. Well summer is here and the other day I came home to a note on my door saying that if I did not quit smoking on my balcony, she was advised by a lawyer and she will be evicted. There is nothing in my lease about smoking and I smoke in the back because my husband is a non-smoker and I AMD is trying to be considerate of him. So now I'm exit in a parking lot to smoke because I can not smoke indoors and can not smoke outside without someone gets pissed off: (I know its bad habit, and everything else, but I feel like I'm typing here. What do you think?
I'd do it anyway it probably bluffing to the lawyer or the lawyer would have written the letter. If it takes you to court you will probably win this is ridiculous if there is nothing in the lease about i think you can do what you want. You're outside and you home on the balcony.
