Home central air conditioner does not turn off?
It's strange. Everything revolves around when I use the thermostat (programmable luxpro) put in the car or cool. The problem is, it does not shut down. When I use the switch on the thermostat position stop the fan in the house died, but the fan outside not working. He continues to run coolant through. I have to go to heating oil and off the main power switch. Ideas? is this a thermostat problem, or not corrode thread and a pop loose.
Sounds like your condensor contactor welded. Call an HVAC company to repair.
