What I eat too little or just right?

7 pm Breakfast: Lean pepperoni pizza 1-pack 280 calories, 7 g fat http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-l ... 12 pm Lunch: 1 apple Fuji 5 pm snack: mini wheats frosted with 1 cup nonfat milk 8pm, dinner: (varies, but about 800 - 1000 calories) 9 h; serves two together, I am orange high school, male, exercise 3 times a week of intense cardio Why am I not losing weight?

your diet too little and your exercise is not enough. heart as a young boy growing, you should eat about 2,000 calories a day ... I know that its feels like a lot, but since the growth of its heart a must to eat a little more than adults ... not much just a little. Ur eating schedule is messed up too. u should eat a healthier breakfast. I know it must be fast because ur in school too ... So try this. Breakfast: instant oatmeal regular, honey and fruit cut in on top, and a glass of milk or soy milk what ever floats ur boat. lunch: i Fuji apple, turkey sandwich on wheat break with a small amount of what ever u like condiments such as mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, tomato on it too. Finally try a yoghurt. Snack: carrot sticks or what ever is colorful vegetables as you like ... eat as much as you want. Most vegetables are not super rich calories at all ... in fact they are really low in calories for a whole sandwich bag. Dinner: Since U full of vegetables should not be too big a dinner that you normally as you eat through out the day as well. dinner should not be as big as u say it is the same time as a body can not use so many calories at a time ... the rest is stored and since its so close to ur heart not read properly the time to burn the whole dessert stick to what u and add some milk products in that mix too much with it ... milk or alternative milk products more ra Teens best friend.
