How to maintain the outlet pipe to freeze water on a gas stove?
The outlet pipe of water on my oven gas central / AC keeps freezing when it's cold. Use it for not doing so. I'm not sure what's wrong? The lines are not blocked or anything. When outside temperature is hot, water pipe went out fast. But when it's cold hole begins to ice over and then finally be frozen The effluent from the pump reservoir when it is unable to leave.
First, the water should not leave the pump. There is a security switch that must be connected to the furnace to shut the oven off when the pump is full and not emptying. That said, I do not think we can help you here. You have to figure why it would be freezing. I think it should be holding water in the line somewhere. Normally, I think the drainage water and rinse would melt the ice that forms between cycles and keep it clear. What hole is icing on top? The very end of the hose? Who sounds like the pipe may have a long walk outside so that water is cold when it gets to there. That could be a problem. Maybe we could install a larger pipe diameter or pipe on the end of the pipe which would be less likely to crash. Then, there is always heat tape for pipes you could use to keep warm. Good Luck.
