intestine and how to finish a medium sized house, add a bathroom.?
The house for sale is a 54K and a lot more work done hacked. I would be doing more work myself, I redid the job with my father for some years now (especially bathrooms and basements) and I saw many, but not all. It needs everything, assuming that the foundation and framing is ok. The floor is uneven but the house is on three different bases, Most ground, basement dungeon of origin and the basement of the addition, the gates into the second story are angled so that the SAG goes all the way and I am wonder if the place should just be demolished. My main concern is my time and material costs So, how do you think it could be materials in the gut, new siding, new roof and add a bathroom on the second floor, and probably update electrical, plumbing and HVAC nothing complicated.
