What are the chances of twins on your first menstrual cycle after taking the pill?

Just to clarify the above poster .... Twins occur when two eggs (three per tiplets and so on) are released from ovaries of women and all fertilize and implant in the case of fraternal twins. Identical twins occur when a single fertilized egg splits shortly after design. A mother (mother), family history of twins increases the risk slightly, but most twins occur spontaneously, without especially the grandmother, mother-daughter link. The likelihood of twins increases as the mother is, or is under fertility treatment. True twins are purely by chance. There is no paternal (father), through twinning, because there is no way a man has no influence on the ovaries of his partner (as in twins), or any influence on egg randomly splitting in two (as with identical twins). As for coming off the pill goes, whether it's your first cycle out or your twentieth, your chance is the same individual.
