Have others been in contact with Yahoo about probs mail server?
Someone sent me a reply saying that the system would be closed until Weds cos overload! Ive been in contact with the customer chat. They say there is a server problem the United Kingdom, but this is not true that the system will be shut down. Its quite nice to chat live with someone, but allows to see if something happens??? They told me that my case would be forwarded to the engineering department! Like others, I answer to Yahoo Mail for small companies.
I'm in Spain and they have the same problem on Yahoo.es though they use the same email address to say Europe, so I do not think it's a server problem in the United Kingdom as such. However, I am pleased to see that there is a way to communicate effectively with Yahoo, I 'll remember for the future!
