All Fuel
All-fuel new Civic is as good as the company claims?
I heard that the new Honda Civic has amazing technology. The unburned fuel from the previous stroke is driven into the combustion chamber again by the piston to mingle further fuel for better fuel economy and low emissions. Is not it too good to be true? This translates into a fuel higher consumption in which the 1800cc engine gives fuel to that of 1500 according to automotive journalists .. What other technological gismos in that its competitors as the Sentra, Corolla, did not it? Anyone who has one? Are you satisfied with yours?
Interesting question because the opinions of users varies widely in response to this. I love the comments by users on Yaho! Autos (see link below). My personal experience (I have a Coupe EX) is that I get better performance than the EPA rating. I get 34-35 city and 40-41 on the highway on a consistent basis. To be fair, I am a very sweet (but not necessarily slow) driver. I suppose that high accelerations, the use excessive air conditioning in the city, and leaving your foot on the gas while going downhill (instead of letting the side of the car for the freebie), would take a toll on small engine this car very quickly. I bought this car as a 5 speed and I'm good enough to use a transmission manual as a tool for mileage. With smart driving, be fortunate enough to have a round trip of 10 miles to work, and planning my travel for maximum use, this car allows me to get gas once a month with only a bottle of 12 gallons. When I arrived early this car last fall, he had just become available, and my friends (who used to see me in "prestige" cars) assumed that was an Acura because of its elegant style (although the sedan looks very "girls in the secretarial pool") and gadgets (one touch up / down windows and sunroof, Jack integrated iPod, MP3 player, XM radio, steering wheel audio controls, wheels style and the beautiful Scoreboard at two levels, etc.). I jumped on the satellite navigation system and fog lamps, and got the thing for $ 18,000, which is the least I've never paid for a new car. funny story about the cool quotient of this car ... Last month, I valet parked at a hotel in Chicago, and to my surprise and joy that was my Economic Honda parked next to a Ferrari, Bentley and a BMW 7 Series valet stand that attracted a crowd of spectators aliens posing for pictures nearby. I parked next to an Audi TT in one place Coffee, TT and the owner stopped me to say what a cool looking car that I had. I'm still chuckling all the way to the bank with each and full payment. Other innovations of this car safety, which was important for me. I'm not going into technical details (although the second link below will take you to Honda's website if you're curious), but this car has won 5-star front impact assessments and board from NSTSA and best pick of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety for a reason. For me, I would not even considered the Scion (which resembles much cheaper), Corolla (just ugly) or the Sentra (which resembles a car 90 more, and rotten, the crash test). If you are looking for a 4-door Mazda 3 is an incredible value in a package loking Nice. Then you give a bit of mileage for her, it pays off with a power additional livability and incredible for a car of this class. This is what I would have bought if I had a non-lifestlye cut.
