How do you fix a really stinky air con?
The air my air conditioner (the one in my bedroom) felt a mixture of wet carpet and dried flowers. Do not fool yourself with some dried flowers - this is not a good smell. It was wet and rainy here and I did not used during the winter. I tried to clean up what I am capable of cleaning (that net thingy). HELP?! It's hot and humid and I have to sleep each night without the fresh air or air really really stink.
Remove the window unit. Remove the shell. Cleans coils, the compressor and condenser. Replace the filter. Remove the directional vents, clean the holes and the tunnel.
